Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at leydo.boutique@gmail.com. We will then provide you with the return address.
For customers located in the European Union, the USA, Canada, and the UK, the return is at our expense and we will send you a return label.

Refund/Return Rules:

  1. ARTFULPAD is not to be held liable in the case of an accidental order. We cannot offer refunds in this situation.
  2. If ARTFULPAD makes a mistake in the color of the product, or the type of product sent, ARTFULPAD fully assumes its responsibility and will send you the originally purchased product for free. You can then keep the wrongly sent product without needing to return it.
  3. Incorrect shipping addresses. ARTFULPAD will work as best as we can to make sure your package is shipped safely and we will work with the carriers to have the items shipped correctly, but we cannot guarantee a refund if we have ensured the correct shipping address and uploaded the corresponding tracking number.
  4. If a package has already been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds if the customer changes their mind or accidentally purchases an item. If the item arrives defective or broken, then please email us at leydo.boutique@gmail.com and we will help you to correct the mistake.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for the USA, the UK, Canada, and the European Union), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

ARTFULPAD is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. If our system has successfully delivered an order, we are not responsible for any outcomes beyond that point.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us at leydo.boutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leydo.boutique@gmail.com.
