- We offer tracked and insured shipping for all orders.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
- European Union: 5–9 business days
- US: 5–9 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–12 business days
Maximum Delivery Time: We aim for a prompt delivery, and the majority of our customers receive their products within 1 to 2 weeks. In rare cases where there are issues with the carrier that may delay delivery beyond 25 business days, we automatically issue a refund to prevent indefinite waiting periods.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs delays and natural disasters.
Customs:
- ARTFULPAD is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that for some orders with free shipping, tracking information may not be available immediately. Due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if combined shipping is specified.
